Ingredients
Scale:
2 large flour or corn tortillas
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket. Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Add your desired toppings such as bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
Air fry the assembled pizza for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove the first pizza carefully, and repeat the assembly and cooking process with the second tortilla.
Once both pizzas are cooked, remove them from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and slice into wedges.
