Ingredients
Scale:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups frozen french fries
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir this mixture into the cooked beef and onion until combined.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread the frozen french fries evenly on the bottom. Layer the beef and sauce mixture over the fries. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the fries are golden brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit. Top with diced pickles, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
