4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 to 2 pounds)
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the crockpot: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray for easy cleanup.
Season the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Mix the gravy ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, onion soup mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Mix until well-blended.
Pour the mixture: Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
