- ½ cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
- Use a scoop or spoon to fill each liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
