- 1 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1 tablespoon vinegar added)

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, olive oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, and minced garlic.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
