Grandma’s Dippy Chippy Squares, also known as 7-layer bars, are a beloved dessert that brings a sense of nostalgia to family gatherings. These bars are layered with rich ingredients that create a delightful balance of sweet and salty flavors.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work well)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the crust, followed by the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layered ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is bubbly.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.
