2 cups shredded chicken (cooked and cooled)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced green onions (optional)
Additional shredded cheese (optional)
Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed. Adjust spices to your liking.
Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and add optional toppings like sliced green onions or crumbled blue cheese.
