  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt until well combined, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, vanilla extract, and cornstarch (if using). Whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved completely.
  3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring continuously until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes, until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the cooled mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  7. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
  8. To remove the fudge pops from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds until they release easily.
