1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh herbs (like parsley and dill), chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped
20-25 mini sweet peppers
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta, fresh herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in jalapeños if desired.
Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Fill each pepper half with the cheese filling.
