  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk together until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the warmed buttermilk, melted butter, and egg until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until a soft dough forms.
  5. Add the chopped parsley and chives to the dough, folding them in until evenly distributed.
