Ingredients
Scale:
1 large watermelon
1 medium cantaloupe
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (if desired)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Begin by thoroughly washing all the fruits under cold water. Pat them dry gently with a clean towel.
Using a sharp knife, cut the watermelon and cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Cut the flesh into thick slices, approximately 1-inch thick.
Utilize star-shaped cookie cutters to cut star shapes from the watermelon and cantaloupe slices. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, and diced pineapple. Mix gently.
Gently fold in the star-shaped fruit pieces with the mixed fruits in the bowl.
If desired, drizzle the yogurt over the fruit salad and add a touch of honey for added sweetness. Toss gently to combine.
Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl or individual cups for portion control.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves to add a pop of color and an aromatic touch.
