- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Follow with the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
