Instructions

  1. Prepare your slow cooker by lining it with parchment paper or using a non-stick cooking spray for easy removal of the candy.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and creamy peanut butter. Mix gently to avoid sticking.
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and cover. Let the mixture melt for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract, salted peanuts, and any optional add-ins like pretzel pieces or mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared slow cooker, spreading it evenly. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
  6. Cover and let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Optionally sprinkle sea salt or drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
  7. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until set completely.
  8. Once set, remove the candy from the slow cooker and cut it into small squares or break it into pieces.
