  5. Pour in the beef broth or water, and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. For the Instant Pot Method: Select the sauté function, and follow steps 1 to 3 in the Instant Pot. Then, add the taco seasoning and broth, close the lid, and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
