Ingredients
Scale:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup Mini Cadbury Easter Eggs, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until smooth and glossy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and half of the chopped Mini Cadbury Easter Eggs.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Mini Cadbury Easter Eggs on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Remove from the oven and allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out and letting them cool completely on a wire rack.
