Ingredients
Scale:
- 2 packages (14 oz each) of lil smokies (cocktail sausages)
- 1 cup of diced fresh pineapple or 1 can (20 oz) of pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup of brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
- Add the lil smokies and diced pineapple to the bowl. Toss gently to ensure everything is coated evenly with the glaze.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the smokies are heated through and the glaze is bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
